By Michael MacEachern and Edward DeVita Published: Friday, February 22, 2008 Hanna Bonnevier, Krystle Remigio and Katie Stover combined for 41 points at a home game Feb. 16, helping the Savannah College of Art and Design women’s basketball team to a 66-54 Florida Sun Conference victory over Edward Waters College. The Bees ended the regular season 18-9 and finished second in the conference at 8-4. Remigio led the Bees with 15 points. Bonnevier scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while Stover added 12 points off the bench. Dakota Whitney, in the final home game of her SCAD career, contributed nine points, nine rebounds, five rebounds and five steals. |
