Fellowship application forms available online
The Presidential Fellowship for Faculty Development application form is now available online via http://www.scad.edu/forms. Presidential fellowships provide opportunities for faculty to enhance teaching skills or contribute to professional, scholarly or creative development. The deadline for application for the next award period is Nov. 20. ESL tutors needed
The Savannah College of Art and Design seeks English as a Second Language tutors. The job, which involves engaging foreign students in conversation for one-hour sessions, can be done by students for as little as a few hours a week or as many as 20 hours and pays minimum wage. Make copy requests via the Web
Campus printing is now accepting Web-based copy requests for the Docutech. If you have not accessed Docutech services directly before, please e-mail training@scad.edu for updated instructions for this fast and easy way to request copies from campus printing. All questions about jobs already submitted should be addressed directly to campus printing.


Calling all SCAD artists
Exhibit A Gallery is looking for SCAD students, alumni, staff or faculty members who are interested in selling their unique handcrafted products in a high profile gallery. Exhibit A carries an eclectic mix of unique fine art pieces as well as a wide variety of diverse accessories, textiles and home goods. Hoop it up in September

Submit work for 25th anniversary celebration
In honor of SCAD’s 25th anniversary, the college invites faculty, staff, students and alumni to submit proposals for commissioned work to be featured in “Making Our Mark,” a commemorative exhibition celebrating the college’s first 25 years. Artists may submit no more than two proposals for two original works in any media, including 2-D, 3-D, multimedia, installation, video/film and electronic media. League offers spare time fun
The SCAD bowling league will begin Sept. 16 and run through Nov. 18 at Victory Lanes. Match time is 7 p.m. every Tuesday for the 10 weeks of the league (practice begins at 6:50 p.m.). The cost is $10 per person; shoe rental is extra. Teams consist of four people. Rosters with team name and lineup are due by Sept. 15.
